The general business conditions for a customer in HOTEL GOLF RESORT ČESKÁ LÍPA
1. ORDERING STAY IN THE HOTEL GOLF RESORT ČESKÁ LÍPA
You can make an order in HOTEL GOLF RESORT ČESKÁ LÍPA only by written form (post office, e-mail or fill in the form and send on the websites)
The competent person of the HOTEL GOLF RESORT ČESKÁ LÍPA will accept your order by written confirmation.
The reservation and accommodation order can be also accepted by writing number of your valid credit card as a guarantee. In case you won´t use the services we will charge you a fee according to cancellation conditions.
Reservation on-line is binding.
2. BINDING RESERVATION
Binding reservation means that accommodation provider must reserve for a guest agreed number of the rooms in an agreed time and in the same time the guest must use the reservation in this time , or pay the cancellation fee in case he wont to cancel the accommodation or he will use it only partly.
The accommodation provider can require deposit 30 to 100% from the price from the guest.
Cancellation fee is compensation for damages caused to the accommodation provider while cancel binding reservation and it costs:
when cancel reservation more than 21 days before – 0
in period 14 – 20 days 25% deposit
in period 6 – 13 days 50% deposit
in 24 hours – 5 days 75% deposit
in a day of coming and 23 hours before coming 100 % deposit.
The accommodation provider will give back to the guest deposit which will be lower of cancelation fee. The guest will get it back up to 7 days since he wrote a notice to cancel binding reservation.
3. PAYMENT CONDITIONS
The guest can pay the price for an accommodation by credit card or cash on the reception in HOTEL GOLF RESORT ČESKÁ LÍPA when he arrives.
We are accepting the most popular types of credit cards (the list of the cards, which you can use for paying the accommodation on the reception you will find on a website of HOTEL GOLF RESORT ČESKÁ LÍPA).
The guest can transfer the price of accommodation to the bank account of the HOTEL GOLF RESORT ČESKÁ LÍPA before arriving. The guest has to show the payment receipt on the hotel reception.
Breakfast is included in the price of the accommodation.

4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF A CLIENT
When a client concludes the contract about accommodation he gets a right to use accommodation facilities and equipment which are for regular using without any special conditions. Client must use his rights in the agreement with hotel regulations.
Client can complain about possible lacks of provided services. The claim should be made in the time with no break that the compensation could be made possibly on the same place. The settlement of the claim in the same place can be made immediately while as longer it takes it will be harder to prove objective assessment to settle the claim.
No later than the day of departure has the client pay the agreed price including possible other costs of special facilities, which he ordered alone or his accompanying guest. Client is responsible for every damages.
5. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF AN ACCOMMODATION PROVIDER
An accommodation provider can provide to the guest adequate alternative accommodation (of same quality) if it is acceptable for him. Specially if the different is not essential and if it has good reason.
The reasons mean that the rooms are useless, when there are a lot of reservations, when the guests make longer stays or other important reasons. The difference between prices of alternative accommodation is on the provider.
The provider can charge guest any time.
The provider is responsible for providing agreed facilities in corresponding quality and size.
6. BACK OUT OF THE CONTRACT FROM THE SIDE OF CLIENT, CANCELLATION FEES
7. CHANGES OF FACILITIES
The facilities in HOTEL GOLF RESORT ČESKÁ LÍPA can change any time. Client must follow actual offer of facilities.
There is no compensation in case the guest won´t use the facilities during his stay (accommodation, food and other facilities).
9. FINAL PROVISIONS
The general business conditions are valid from 1.4.2017. Changes and supplementary requirements of these conditions can be individually changed between provider and the client only by written form.
The personal information about clients will provider use only for making contract between provider and the client.
